47 year old female with known CAD was being evaluated for unstable angina (chest pain). She has a history of DVT (thrombus in the leg veins) and had been on Coumadin (a blood thinner) for the last 5 years. However, she had recently been taken off of this therapy for an upcoming procedure. I did not visualize the thrombus during the initial imaging of the pulmonary artery but immediately noticed it from the SSN view.
