Ebstein anomaly
young lady presented to hospital with tachyrhythmia , on echo we can see the abnormal tricuspid valve insertion , the ECG I did for her shows WPW syndrom which is a cause of her previous tachycardia .Ebstein anomaly some time mild and patient live normal with bouts of arrythmia as in this case

Usually we find WPW with Ebstein anomaly.
