(w.n:l ) what does mean please , I think the EPSS is nearly zero in this echo

Its irrelevant. The heart's orientation is not correct for M mode, septum should be pointing directly at 9:00 to correctly measure EPSS unless machine equipped with anatomic M mode. Just measure the ejection fraction!
